Other responsibilities will include investigating new synthetic routes to development candidates, developing and improving chemical processes for early and late stage development compounds, working with manufacturing to resolve process issues, writing concise technical transfer procedures and reports, and participating in project and technology transfer teams. This position requires a PhD in organic chemistry and three plus years of experience in multi-step synthesis. Must be able to perform analyses using HPLC, GC, solution NMR, etc. Prior experience in pharmaceutical process chemistry and process development preferred.
