Client is a multi-$B diversified global manufacturer providing precision component manufacturing and operating service support and solutions to nearly every industry around the world. This role is in their aero/def group.
- Reports to VP Sales
- No direct reports
- Can be located in Cinci, OH or Hartford, CT
- Lead all sales efforts and provide customer and technical service support on all assigned customer accounts and bring significant opportunities to closure through the complete negotiation cycle with minimal oversight.
- Develop and deploy marketing and sales plans and programs for each product and major customer.
- Involved in establishing sales objectives for the sales representatives by region consistent with the sales and marketing plan.
- Active role in developing and implementing strategies to exceed the sales goals and objectives as it relates to existing business (customer accounts) and new business (customers) for increased earnings and profitability.
