The Practice Support Manager is responsible for IT portfolio management. This position will be a key driver of the success of the IT strategic plan. Partner/collaborate with Infrastructure and Services managers to ensure that related initiatives, projects and/or programs will result in the common goal of wide ranging benefits and positive impact to the firm.
- Establish, maintain, & manager infrastructure
- Implement systematic management of IT capabilities
- Forecast and manage budget for infrastructure costs and maintenance
- Provide and deliver application development
