I was recently hired by a brand new client to help them with their growth plans. They are an ENR Top 100 firm, which is employee-owned and has offices nationwide. They have continuously moved up on the ENR Top 500 Design Firms list. This has been due to strong management and leadership, and hiring top people and giving them a chance to shine.
They have two similar positions available in the, and Greater Charleston WV region.
They are looking for someone with a true entrepreneurial spirit and professional demeanor, to assist in leading the continued expansion of their environmental practice within the above mentioned regions. You will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing clients, as well as developing, managing, and collaborating with other team members.
They are looking for someone with strong experience with environmental assessments and remediation and can oversee preparation of proposals and technical reports. In addition, you are experienced in reviewing the work of staff and managing performance.
